The highly modular easyScan 2 line allows you to move from a very affordable STM system to a highly functional multiple mode AFM/STM package. You can configure what you need, or you can add options later.

STM Scanner Head

The easyScan 2 system is built around the elegant easyScan 2 controller. The system and software can be configured to control either of 2 STM microscope heads, or any of 3 different AFM heads. Auxiliary boards and functional upgrades are available to expand the system's capabilities.
