Scientific Project Coordinator

About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth project execution by managing databases, coordinating customer communications, and supporting scientific teams. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update database systems to track prospects, customers, and active projects.
- Coordinate customer sample management, including material request forms and sample distribution.
- Communicate with customers to provide project status updates and expected completion dates.
- Organize and schedule kick-off and status update meetings as requested.
- Manage project documentation, including obtaining e-signatures when required.
- Ensure proper receipt, organization, and scanning of laboratory notebooks and critical records.
- Maintain online project files, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
- Deliver project-related materials to customers in a professional manner.
- Support scientific teams with sample analysis as needed.
- Adhere to quality management system requirements.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: B.S. in a scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Materials Science).
- Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role.
- Skills & Traits:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Clear and professional communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Adaptability and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Reside in Phoenix, AZ or relocate before starting work (Required)
